Our consultation and introductory service attracts a one-off fee of $300. This service consists of three separate meetings. The first is to get a part brief off the client, discuss their requirements, the architectural process, fees and budgets. The second meeting we take you through a showcase of different architect’s portfolios and discuss why they would be appropriate for your particular job. Once you have chosen your architect on a visual basis we then go through to meeting the architect. The third meeting is attended by Design Selection as well to ensure that the correct communication levels are met and that everything that needs to be covered in the first meeting is discussed. After this process you will feel comfortable with the architect you are about to commission and can proceed from there with your exciting project.
